Finalmente colgo l'occasione per aprire questo post. A 13 anni dalla morte di Freddie Mercury (24 Nov. 1991), vorrei creare uno spazio dove poter parlare con chi come me, ha seguito le gesta del mitico quartetto per tutti questi anni! (dal '73/'74 ad oggi). Perciò, sotto con discussioni, foto links e chi più ne ha più ne metta... In fondo questo spazio lo dedico a tutti i fans dei Queen e agli amanti in genere della buona musica! Re: God Save The Queen! Quoto. Freddie non sarà mai dimenticato... Un gruppo che ha rappresentato una delle pagine fondamentali del 70's hard rock e, negli anni '80, del rock mescolato con mille altri generi, rimarrà inevitabilmente, ed indelebilmente, nella storia. KEEP YOURSELF ALIVE!
Made in Heaven... un disco che mi fece rabbrividire e, ancora oggi (anche x forti fattori personali) lo fa in maniera notevole, benchè i miei preferiti rimangano quelli fino a Jazz (e a Live killers ovviamente!!!) Colgo l'occasione x sottolineare come, questo pomeriggio, forse l'unico DJ radiofonico che considero veramente competente in materia (Ringo su radio 105), abbia reso un piccolo tributo a Freddie facendo ascoltare Under Pressure, Bohemian Rhapsody e We will rock you... Mi ha fatto veramente un grande piacere! SPREAD YOUR LITTLE WINGS AND FLY AWAY...
