    Turbo Diesel modifications are very logical. The turbocharger on a diesel engine has a certain boost pressure set at the factory, for example 0,5 bar. The software tuning increases this pressure from 0,5 bar to 0,7 bar meaning increasing the amount of air the engine inhales. The increase of the boost pressure on a diesel engine is no didfferent than the increase of the boost on a non-diesel engine. Increasing the amount of air the engine soaks is not enough, diesel is added for the full throttle maps. Remeber it is always the fuel (in this case diesel) not air that makes power. Air is the component that completes the reaction. This is not different than increasing the boost pressure of the Mitsubishi EVO 6 or Subaru Impreza Turbo. Today, engine manegemnt systems are changed by tuners to increase boost and and add fuel or diesel. I tuned a EVO 6 last week and tested it against a Maserati Ghibli also modiifed.     For the fuel equipped cars the options are either naturally aspirated or forced induction. I love the boosted side with either a supercharger or turbocharger. Nowadays I am preparing three M Powered cars with 700 hp supercharger kits. Two of them are M3s, one is an M Roadster. We will put photos soon. The kits are being sent to the owners.

    what about reliability of those supercharged M3? we had some problems with a blown engine of a guy who delimited an M3 with remapping the ECU so that he had 20/22hp more than the original software.......700hp looks great but also pretty much scary....not to mention 1100hp......

    Good question:
    The 700 hp M3s have forged pistons, forged connecting rods, special head gasket, cylinder head bolts and some other engine parts. As long as the recipe of the "meal" is good, and the cook is also good, the taste will be excellent. Best quality parts are used and a reliable programming completes the packages. The air fuel ratios are very safe on our kits. We run like 11,5:1 air fuel ratios on full throttle and check for detonation, egt rise and etc....Many sensors and gauges are watched for parameters, laptop datalogs these parameters.

    The maximum power is 500 hp with the standard engine parts on the S50B32, euro M3 engine. Above 500 hp we change the engine parts.

    The idea is not to make a car for 5 full throttles but the modified car must be durable for a complete race.

    I own industrial businesses and employ 2000 workers. Meaning that the financial strength I have from other businesses was used for research and development. We tried and tested many many parts, threw most of them to the waste bin in order to get the best kits. Money and cost was no concern for me. The kits at the end have "Versace" or "Roberto Cavalli" quality which I love to wear :smile:

    your car is damn hot...

    it was having a previous stage to 900hp? I saw on the net a 900hp red M3.... maybe it was yours...

    how do you can unload this great power?? have you modified the gearbox or the final gear to have longer gear?

    I think this best does slip his tires in the 5^ gear... :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

    The transmission is standard, we do not drag race.

    Final drive is from AC Schnitzer, Germany. Standard but I have 3 different ratios.

    The wheels spin even at 240 km/h, waiting to make a wide body M3 with 315 /30/19 wheels.

    2 months ago I lost control of the rear wheels at 265 km/h due to oil on the autobahn's surface. Cannot remember how many corrective action I have made with the steering wheel but was scary. GOD saved my and my best friend's life. Then I ordered a roll cage and traction system.

    By the way my best friend has a 1000+ hp Toyota Supra and he knows an Italian gentleman with the ATOMIC FABIO nick name who also owns a 1000+ hp Supra in Italy.
