Dai ma come ...? Non sono limitate a 250?

 

250 effettivi (qualcosa di più probabilmente), e siccome il tachimetro ha un certo scarto....

 

io dico sempre una cosa...la prima volta ke si esce con una bella ragazza e ke ti interessa le togli gli slip la stessa sera o la corteggi...l'ammiri...la fai innamorare di te e poi quando fate l'amore la prima volta non la dimenticherai x tutta,o quasi,la vita...

io ci faccio mediamente dai 3000 ai 5000 km...poi fai te...da manuale sono 3000...

chissa a 2000 km...

 

Grazie del consiglio! Fate mai qualche raduno di 335? ne è previsto qualcuno in futuro?

This is the latest SIB released from BMW on their position about software modifications.

SUBJECT
N54 - Aftermarket "Engine Performance Tuning" Kits

MODEL
E60, E61 with N54 engine

E90, E92, E93 with N54 engine

E82, E88 with N54 engine

E71 with N54 engine

SITUATION
Various aftermarket "N54 - Engine Performance Tuning" kits are being
aggressively advertised to BMW owners.
Depending on the manufacturer, these modifications may consist of a
"turbo-tuner control module" (piggyback box) plugged directly into the TMAP
sensor / DME connector, waste-gates vacuum plumbing alterations, or the DME
"performance" software programming.
In general, each aftermarket tuner claims a significant increase in engine
power and torque of up to 40% over the stock N54 engine specifications
(which are, respectively, 300 hp and 400 Nm).
These alleged performance gains are achieved by an increase of the
turbochargers boost in a wide range of engine speeds, in some cases
exceeding the maximum designed turbo pressure of 8.8 psi by 50%.

INFORMATION
None of the aftermarket "N54 Engine Performance Tuning" kits has been
evaluated, tested, approved or endorsed by the BMW Development or Service
Departments.
Any alterations to the originally designed and installed turbochargers
control system or to the DME software may increase a vehicle's emission
levels and may compromise its OBD II compliance.
Moreover, to the best of BMW NA knowledge, none of the aftermarket "N54
Performance" kits have been certified (homologated) by the appropriate
federal and state authorities (EPA/CARB) to meet street-legal emission
requirements. BMW vehicles equipped with such "performance enhancement
devices" without these certifications are not in compliance with EPA/CARB
emission anti-tampering laws.
Excessive turbocharger boost increases engine temperatures resulting in
pressures and forces which may damage engine internal components and or may
cause premature turbochargers failure.
Due to increased engine output and the altered emissions characteristics,
severe damage may be inflicted on emission control components, such as
oxygen sensors and catalytic converters.
Excessive engine loads, above the designed levels, may also compromise long
term reliability and longevity of other drivetrain components, such as:
clutch transmission, transfer case, differentials, etc.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Modification of the vehicle or installation of any non-approved performance
accessories or components attached to the vehicle which alters the original
engineering and/or operating specifications or which results in damage to
the other original components voids the warranty coverage on the affected
original Drivetrain and Emission Control components.
In general terms, the BMW warranty on Drivetrain and Emission Control
components is void due to a modification where the modification, alteration
or installation of a non-approved aftermarket part was responsible for the
failure.
Please make sure to inform BMW customers considering purchase of an
aftermarket "N54 Engine Performance" kit of the above legal and technical
implications.

In sostanza, mi pare di capire che mamma BMW si sia decisa ad adottare una politica di repressione per chi come me avrebbe l'intenzione di PROcedere, nonchè di inchia**ettamento per tutti coloro i quali risulteranno aver compiuto una qualsiasi modifica di cui sopra, invalidando totalmente la garanzia
Mette in evidenza il fatto che nessun kit è mai stato testato/omologato (questo si sapeva) e che, oltre a modificare le emissioni di scarico (vabbè), aumenta notevolmente pressioni e temperature al di fuori dei limiti di progettazzione mettendo non poco in pericolo la durata e l'affidabilità dell' N54... Considerando che il tutto è risaputo e plausibile (anche se non ho mai sentito di nessun caso di garanzia caduta o di danni al motore) non ci sarebbe molto da preoccuparsi nel senso che, con l'avvento del nuovo PROcede v3 totalmente plug and play, ed esempio, la rimozione "fisica" della modifica sarebbe rapida immediata e quindi assolutamente non rintracciabile... MA (c'è un ma )... ho trovato anche un altro post... sempre sul medesimo sito...

" Just got a warning today from my SA that BMW is really cracking down hard on tuned 335i's (and 535's, 135i's, X6's, etc.), and supposedly, they really can see anomalies (that point to an obvious aftermarket piggyback tune) when checking the DME (which the service techs are now supposed to do every time your car goes in for service; even for routine maintenance). In pratica, se non ho mal capito, pur rimuovendo "fisicamente" la piggy back... restano sempre e comunque delle informazioni in questa maledetta DME... Qualcuno sa qualcosa in merito?!? La DME è un'altra centralina secodaria forse?!? Sarei intenzionato a PROcedere col V3... Però non vorrei fare ca**ate...

Si ma quanto puo andare di piu senza limitatore? E poi la mia sembra non lo abbia , ho toccato i 263 km/h in germania, e sentivo che ancora tirava!

 

Come hai fatto a leggere i 263 km/h? eri nella funzione v/eff del BDC?

Una piccola nota di colore: l'auto è ferma in concessionaria.
Dopo aver splendidamente galoppato per 2700 km in cinque giorni, al riavvio, dopo un doveroso rabbocco d'olio, si rifiutava di trottare con 6 cilindri!
Ha percorso un pò di strada a 4cilindri, borbottando sordamente poi è morta, improvvisamente.
Spenta , riaccesa, il motore girava come un frullino: perfetta.
Mi avvio di nuovo ma inaspettatamente i giri calano, scalo una marcia, ma i giri calano ancora e ancora sino a spegnersi.
Carro attrezzi e inglorioso cammino verso l'officina del concessionario: domani la risposta.
